SHIPPING

-Customers are responsible for shipping costs for any animal under $300.00. Free shipping quotes are available upon request.

-I will only ship out if shipping conditions are favorable and daytime temps are between 40F-90F on both ends. If needed, I'll use either a Uni-Heat 40hr heat pack or a Cryo-pak (Phase 22 Pack) to keep temperatures in the box as stable as possible.

-I will only ship to the nearest FedEx hub or staffed ship center which can be found using the customer's zip code. I do not ship to any residential or business locations.    

-All shipments are processed through one of the major reptile shipping services and sent Priority Overnight using FedEx or UPS. I will either ship out Tuesday for Wednesday or Wednesday for Thursday delivery. If the customer has a preference between the two then I will try very hard to make it happen, but if the conditions are unfavorable, we will then reschedule or ship the other days offered. 

-I only ship to the lower 48 states. No international shipping is available at this time.

-I am not responsible for any carrier issues or delays.

-I reserve the right to reschedule shipments or make any necessary changes to the arrangements if I feel the conditions are unsafe for the animal(s).

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

 I offer a "Live Arrival Guarantee" under the following conditions: 

-Shipping terms have been met.

-Shipment must be picked up within 1hr of arrival and the customer must notify me of pick up immediately. I highly recommend using the FedEx App to track the shipment, and opening the box to check the condition of any animal(s). Most shipments will arrive at their destination at either 10:30am or 11:30am (customer's time).

-I extend my health guarantee for an additional 36hrs after the initial pickup as long as all conditions and terms have been met. If there are any issues, problems, or concerns, they must be brought to my attention within 36 hours, after which I consider the transaction complete. 

-In the unlikely event of a D.O.A., I must be notified within that 1 hour of arrival period. Pictures must be taken and sent to me immediately. Additionally the animal(s) must be shipped back (with a cold pack) within 24 hours. Shipping costs will be reimbursed and any refunds will be on a case-by-case basis.
